Our Spring 2019 Jiu Long Ke Lao Cong Shui Xian tea comes from tea bushes that are about 50 years old. The earthy and bold flavours that are present in this Old tree Shui Xian are the result of the tea trees roots penetrating deeply into the ground. This tea is handmade and incredible. It comes from the prized 9 dragons nest growing area and has been masterfully crafted over many months and infuses into a thick, deep burgundy soup that’s full in the mouth, sweet, earthy and refined.
