Our Fo Shou Yan Cha is made using tea leaves from the prized Zhengyan or middle mountain growing area.  Fo Shou, which means "Buddha's Hand" in English, is a naturally larger variety of tea bush and is one of our favourite Wuyi Mountain teas. Our Fo Shou tea infuses into a beautiful dark tea soup with a sweet aroma that fills the room. The flavour profile yields very sweet floral notes and has a full and smooth mouth feeling with a sweet strong returning aftertaste. This tea is available in individual 8.0 gram bags.
