When will I receive my shipment?

Four Seasons Tea will ship your order within 24 hours of cleared payment! Orders received on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.

What is your refund policy on Tea?

Your satisfaction is our goal! At Four Seasons Tea Co. our guests may purchase all of our teas in trial sizes. We do not offer refunds on gift boxes, therefore we ask you to try the tea before placing your order.

What is your refund policy on Merchandise?

We will offer a full refund on any merchandise that is returned in its original unused condition and in its original packaging. The buyer is required to pay the return shipping. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you!

 Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! Please note: The buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred during international shipment! For special shipping requests, please feel free to contact us. We send all of our merchandise insured!
