The Anxi people have reverted to enjoying the traditional nong xiong style of manufacturing from the popular “qing xiang” or bright green style of production of their beloved Tie Guan Yin. This gently baked tea has wonderful floral aromas and is creamy and full in the mouth with a sweet fruit aftertaste. The flavour profile has the traditional orchid and honey notes that make nong xiang Tie Guan Yin a joy to drink. With this subtleness of flavours and aromas, it’s easy to see why nong xiang Tie Guan Yin has recaptured the hearts of the Anxi people.
