Bai ji Guan (Traditional Handmade)
Our traditional handmade Bai Ji Guan is made without the use of any machines. Bai Ji Guan, which means White Cockscomb is our tea masters favourite tea to make. The unusual light coloured leaves come from the prized Zhengyan area of the Wuyi Mountains and infuses into a beautiful tea soup with sweet floral aromas. Bai Ji Guan has the most unique flavour of all the rock teas. It's sweet, floral, with notes of tofu and has a full and smooth mouth feeling. This tea is available in 7.6 gram bags.
