Our Chun Fen Que She which means "Spring Equinox Sparrows Tongue" is harvested from Emei Mountain and is grown at an elevation of 800+ meters. Our Chun Fen Sparrows Tongue, uses a different picking style that imparts a little heavier taste than our other Zhizun or "Imperial" Sparrows Tongue.  Sichuan Emei green tea is famous for its sweet grassy flavours and light delicate aromas. It’s silky smooth on the palate and has a sweet returning aftertaste that remains for a long time after drinking. Our Chun Fen Que She is all pre-rain (qin ming), pure unblended high mountain tea.  Traditionally, this tea is served in a tall clear glass (heat resistant) with 3-5 grams of tea and left in the water.
