Our Shi Ru tea is made using tea leaves from the prized Zhengyan growing area of Wuyi Mountain.  Shi Ru , which means "Peak of the Rock" in English, is one of the more unique and floral Wuyi Mountain Rock teas with a definitive mineral note. Four Seasons Shi Ru  infuses into a beautiful golden tea soup with a sweet penetrating aroma. The flavour profile is sweet, creamy and  with an  elegant well rounded mineral aftertaste.  A new release this year to our 2023/24  catalogue, this tea is available in individual 8.0 gram bags.
