Our Shui Jin Gui is made using leaves from the prized Zheng Yan or middle mountain growing area of Wuyi Mountain. Shui Jin Gui which means "Golden Water Turtle is unique because of its exceptional soil conditions. Our Four Seasons Shui JIn Gui infuses into a beautiful coppery golden tea soup with a sweet penetrating maraschino cherry aroma that fills the room. The flavour profile boasts notes of dark fruits and cinnamon and has a sweet hidden mineral note and a silky smooth mouth feeling. This pinnacle oolong tea is available in individual 8.0 gram bags. 2022/23 Harvest is now available.
