Zhizun Que She (Sichuan Province)
Our Zhizun Que She which means "Imperial Sparrows Tongue" is perfection in every way. This tea is harvested from Emei Mountain and is grown at an elevation of 800+ meters. Our Imperial Sparrows Tongue, has been delicately picked as not damage the leaf and keep its perfection. Sichuan Emei green tea is famous for its mild sweet grassy flavours and light delicate aromas. It’s silky smooth on the palate and has a HUGE sweet fruity aftertaste that remains for a long time after drinking. Our Zhizun Que She is all pre-rain (qin ming), pure unblended high mountain tea trees. Traditionally, this tea is served in a tall clear glass (heat resistant) with 3-5 grams of tea left in the water. Our Zhizun Que She is of the highest quality that we have ever encountered. 2022 pre-rain Teas have all sold out. Will be returning in 2024!!
